Scheduled Maintenance

AirVend (AV Live) Server Maintenance Mar 27, 2025 21:00-23:00 EDT

Dear Valued Partners,

365 will be performing server maintenance on our AirVend system on Thursday, 03/27/2025 beginning at 9:00pm and ending at 11:00pm EDT.

During this maintenance, the devices will go into local mode and recover on their own. Please note that your customers will still be able to make purchases on the devices while in local mode. In addition, you may experience intermittent downtime in AV Live.

Once the maintenance is complete all data will resync, and nothing will be lost. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process.

Scheduled - Dear Valued Partners,

365 Retail Markets will be performing emergency server maintenance on our V5/ADM system on Saturday, March 22nd at 11:00pm EDT and ending at 11:15pm EDT. Downtime is expected to be minimal.

During this maintenance kiosks may briefly go into local mode but are expected to recover on their own. Please note that consumers will still be able to make purchases at the kiosk while in local mode.

Once the maintenance is complete all data will resync automatically, and nothing will be lost. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process and will address any issues as they arise.

We have allotted three windows for maintenance to ensure that your organization experiences minimal downtime. We have also ensured that if your normal use time of the system occurs during one of these windows, that your maintenance will take place in another window.


March 8th:

8AM to 12PM EST - Central Canada and some Central US customers are expected to be impacted.

March 9th:

8AM to 12PM EDT - West Europe and remaining Central US customers are expected to be impacted.

10PM to 12AM EDT - East US customers are expected to be impacted.


Once the maintenance is complete all services will resume, and nothing will be lost. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process.
