Dear Valued Partners,

365 Retail Markets will perform planned emergency maintenance on the V5/ADM systems on Monday, May 18, from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. EDT. Expected downtime is approximately 30 minutes, although the full maintenance window is reserved.

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable: ADM, Global Market Accounts, the 365pay mobile app (including Order Ahead), MyMarketAccount.net, and mobile inventory. Kiosks may enter local mode and are expected to recover automatically. Consumers will still be able to make purchases at kiosks while they are in local mode.

After maintenance is complete, all data will resync automatically, and no data will be lost. Our teams will monitor all systems throughout the process and address any issues that arise.
