Dear Valued Partners,

We will be performing server maintenance on our LightSpeed system on February 28th, March 1st, 14th and 21st.

We have allotted multiple windows for maintenance to ensure that your organization experiences minimal downtime. We have also ensured that if your normal use time of the system occurs during one of these windows, that your maintenance will take place in another window. Not all customers are expected to be impacted however the maintenance windows are reserved.


02/28 - 8AM EST to 12PM EST

Select Central US customers are expected to be impacted.

03/01 - 8PM EST to 12AM EST

East US customers are expected to be impacted.

03/14 - 8PM EDT to 12AM EDT

Select Central US customers are expected to be impacted.

03/21 - 8AM EDT to 12PM EDT

Select Central US customers are expected to be impacted.



Once the maintenance is complete all services will resume. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process.
