Dear Valued Partners,

We will be performing server maintenance on some of our LightSpeed systems on Sunday, 09/08/2024 beginning at 8:00am and ending at 12:00pm EDT. Europe and remaining Central US customers are expected to be impacted although during this time all customers may experience intermittent downtime with some Lightspeed services.

We have allotted two windows for maintenance to ensure that if your organization uses our system during this time, we will ensure that your maintenance window takes place in the other window.

Once the maintenance is complete all services will resume, and nothing will be lost. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process.
