Dear Valued Partners,

The scheduled maintenance for tonight (09/16/2023) has been cancelled. During our standard pre-maintenance system checks the upgraded component did not perform as expected and therefore we will reschedule. No production maintenance will be performed tonight. There will be no downtime for ADM, the 365 Inventory Application, or the 365 Pay Application, and kiosks will not go into local mode. All systems will continue to operate normally.

Dear Valued Partners,

365 will be performing maintenance on our V5/ADM system on Saturday 09/16/2023 beginning at 11:00pm and ending at 3:00am EDT. The actual expected downtime is 90 minutes; however, the entire maintenance window is reserved.

During this time kiosks will go into local mode but will recover on their own. Please note that your customers will still be able to make purchases on the kiosk while in local mode.

In addition, you may experience downtime in ADM, the 365 Inventory Application, and the 365 Pay Application. Once the maintenance is complete all data will resync, and nothing will be lost. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process.
