Dear Valued Partners,

365 will be performing server maintenance on our Legacy (SmartHQ) system on Saturday, December 3rd, beginning at 8:00 pm and ending at 11:00 pm EDT.

During this time kiosks will go into local mode but will recover on their own. Please note that your customers will still be able to make purchases on the kiosk while in local mode.

In addition, you may experience intermittent downtime in SmartHQ, Legacy Mobile Inventory, and third-party inventory management integrations.

Once the maintenance is complete all data will resync, and nothing will be lost.

Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process.
