Dear Valued Partners,

365 Retail Markets will be performing emergency maintenance on the network supporting V5/ADM systems on Tuesday, October 15th at 9:00pm and ending at 9:30pm EDT. There is no expected downtime however, the maintenance window is reserved.

During this maintenance, a subset of kiosks may briefly go into local mode but are expected to recover on their own. Please note that consumers will still be able to make purchases at the kiosk while in local mode.

Once the maintenance is complete, all data will resync automatically, and nothing will be lost. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process and will address any issues as they arise.
