LightSpeed Server Maintenance

Dear Valued Partners,

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the LightSpeed system on August 1 and August 2, 2026.

To minimize any disruption to your organization, we have scheduled multiple maintenance windows. If your organization's typical usage of the system falls within one of these windows, your maintenance has been scheduled during a different window.

Please note that not all customers will be affected. The resource groups listed below apply only to customers with managed databases. However, the maintenance windows have been reserved to accommodate all applicable maintenance activities.


Aug 1st - 8am to 12pm EDT

Canada Central and Central US customers are expected to be impacted.

Aug 2nd - 8am to 12pm EDT

West Europe customers are expected to be impacted.

Aug 2nd - 9pm to 12pm EDT

East US customers are expected to be impacted.

Once the maintenance is complete all services will resume. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process.
