Dear Valued Partners,
365 Retail Markets will be performing network maintenance impacting our V5/ADM system this Sunday, May 28, 2023, beginning at 1:00 a.m. and ending at 3:00 a.m. EDT. The expected downtime is 10 minutes; however, the full length of the maintenance window is reserved.
During this time, kiosks will go into local mode but will recover on their own. Please note that your customers will still be able to make purchases on the kiosk while it is operating in local mode.
Upon completion of the maintenance, all data will resync. Our teams will be monitoring all systems during the entire process.
